PROJECT VISION

Deck House Modern breathes new life into a distinctive architectural style while preserving the warmth and character that make the original home. A complex structural renovation and addition required the existing building to be extensively disassembled and carefully put back together, creating the opportunity to renew the home.

All-new systems were integrated throughout, along with Marvin windows, white oak flooring, and highly detailed tile installations. Warm natural materials work alongside the home’s exposed structural elements and modern geometry, creating spaces that feel sophisticated without becoming overly polished. It is a renovation where the complexity of the construction quietly supports the simplicity of the finished architecture.
