PROJECT VISION

From the sales floor to the spaces behind the scenes, this NAPA Auto Parts facility was designed to keep people, products, and operations moving efficiently while giving new purpose to a historic Bangor landmark. The project repurposed the existing building into a modern retail, shipping, distribution, and storage facility while preserving elements of its original character.

A distinctive storefront and historically inspired garage details connect the building’s new use to its past, while dedicated display areas create an organized and welcoming customer experience. Behind the scenes, shipping and distribution spaces support the day-to-day operation, with a backup generator and sprinkler system adding reliability and protection throughout the facility. The result is a unique commercial space that brings modern performance to an established Bangor property while giving the building a new chapter.
