PROJECT VISION

Phillip’s House and the Summer House are part of the larger story of the Claremont, offering the familiar feeling of traditional Maine summer cottages alongside the historic hotel. As part of the property-wide transformation, each was carefully renovated with an emphasis on preserving the simplicity and coastal character that made them unique.

Updated interiors and thoughtfully selected finishes bring new comfort to the cottages without taking away from their established charm. The result feels relaxed, welcoming, and connected to the history of Claremont. The result is a modern guest experience that still carries the feeling of summers spent on the Maine coast.
